Seller's Notes:This was custom made for a customer in 2018. For whatever reason, he paid $2,899+ tax for it but never picked it up. It sat in the warehouse of Green Front Furniture in Manassas, Virginia, forgotten about for 5-6 years when a buddy of mine who was a salesman there asked about it. When they did the research & found it was paid for, they gave it to him. He took it home and didn't like the way it fit with his other furniture so he gave it to me for a good price. I've had it 4 months, love it, but I am leaving the country and have to let it go. It is incredibly comfortable, spot free and very clean. When I fully recline it back, I'm asleep in minutes! It has some discoloration on the arms, seat (picture circled in red) & small footrest below the big footrest, due to me rubbing it down too hard with a cloth. I've never owned leather furniture, so I didn't know that would happen. I bought some leather color restore that Sherrill recommended, but I decided not to do it, as it would change the whole chair, and it looks fine the way it is, but it can be easily done in under an hour for $25. I've sat in it less than 100 hours, it has no marks, cracks, stains or blemishes other than mentioned, and is from a non pet & non smoking house. For all practical purposes, it is less than 1 year old as far as usage.
