Seller's Notes:Overall, a great sofa. Attractive, functional, and comfortable. The only downside is wear and tear on the leather seat from use. If you can look past that, this sofa is perfect for anyone who needs a sofa that doubles as a mattress for guests. Folded down, it also makes an amazing lounge for watching movies and such. It is from a home with two short-haired dogs. I am a neat freak, so it’s been cleaned very regularly. With the wear, I’m hoping to sell it for $100.
