Founded in 1997, designed in Minneapolis, Blu dot accomplishes something not a lot of companies can get right: clean minimalism without ever being boring. Blu Dot furniture is simplistic, functional, and somehow makes sense in an entry-level apartment or a luxury, designer home. The eco friendly brand offers sustainable furniture choices, capturing minimalistic design, while staying chic. Seriously, we’re not sure how they do it, but we’re impressed.

Call us biased but when it comes to living room furniture, Blu Dot really has our hearts. The company has so many outstanding sofa collections, including the New standard sofa, paramount sofa, diplomat sofa, and the infamous bank sofa which comes in a sleeper sofa option or as a velvet sofa (and the velvet in particular is STUNNING!) The bloke sofa is an armless sofa, thats simplistic and comes in bright pops of color, thats also space friendly.
We know not everyone is in the market for a sofa, so let’s touch on accent chairs for a second! If you already have a sofa you love, still check out the Bank Lounge chair from blu dot. It’s luxurious, comfortable, and guests will sink into this accent piece when checking out your living room.
