Juan T was very prompt, professional and nice. The experience overall was very good. I’ve sold on Apt Deco in the past and the company seems to have really increased the commission it takes since my last sale. It was so expensive to sell on the site that I didn’t give a tip assuming Apt Deco is using the huge commission to take care of its workers, including the delivery people.

The delivery men arrived a hour earlier than expected. My estimated arrival was between 9AM - 1PM, and they came and completed their pickup before 8AM. This was significantly quite early. The men were very friendly and efficient and did a great job.

Movers could have taken a little more care with certain things. They should wear booties over their shoes when entering someone’s home (we don’t wear shoes in our house). They were also asked to notify security when they left the building, but they did not.

The AtpDeco Team was very professional, communicative and friendly. The delivery was organized and simple. I noticed a missing glass rubber topper and Edgar assured me it was near, that it may had fallen on the way to the apartment. He immediately came with me to find the missing rubber topper and luckily we found it. I really appreciated that he stopped and came with me to look for the piece.

The guys did a great job. I was under the impression from the Apt Deco communications that they would be able to disassemble the furniture, but they informed me they weren’t able. Nonetheless they managed to get it down the stairs without taking it apart, which was very hard.

Delivery was great. The item was not in ‘mint’ condition as the seller described and has some scratches. It does not look like the scratches were caused in transit —more like keys or other daily wear.

For items that require disassembly and reassembly, I really recommend having the same team do both so that they can more easily assemble. Fortunately Clifton could figure out how to assemble the bed, but he had no instructions and wasn’t the one to take it apart.

They were polite, on time, and quick. A little tricky getting sofa out of van, I was concerned it may be pulled and damaged, but it seems OK. Larger item than I anticipated, but I can make it work. Both of your employees made sure to pick up tape scraps, were thoughtful of other items in space, which still have move in stuff stacked around. They were a good team, it was a good experience.

I couldn't find the driver's actual name on the list. Jose A was who was listed. They only brought two blankets so the item wasn't fully wrapped. One of the people, the lead person, dragged a portion of the sofa out across the floor. I told him to be careful because it wasn't covered and the sofa feet were still on. I'm a little concerned about how they removed the items.

"Your type form is out of date, Lloyd and Chris helped me out. Experience was great, super pro and organized. Would have been over the moon if they would have helped with an undocumented additional piece of the island that was included. My chair came wrapped in a LOT of plastic furniture wrap, which is great for protecting the piece. But it was a pain to remove and now I have a pile of trash to deal with.

One nightstand, tho described as like new with minimal barely noticeable flaws, arrived with a very large and prominent paint splotch and stain. Overall great experience! However I would like to point out that the driver left the one of the main doors of the building open. Note this is a small secure building and as I mentioned upon arrival that there’s a ton of construction and traffic in the area which could have resulted in who knows what. It’s important that drivers understand that leaving things how you found them is important.

But Edgar moved the larger pieces through the door by himself and hit them against the doorframes a bit. Not their fault but the delivery was 20 minutes outside of the 4 hour window and I needed to leave. Nice guys but it was a bit rushed and I didn’t get to look at the items or strategically tell them where to put the pieces or confirm it was complete.
