They made it the day of delivery, but it was about 5 hours later than scheduled. 10pm delivery. They did keep me informed. AptDeco, please look for additional companies to diversify the roster. My delivery was rescheduled 2x because of illness and automotive issues.

They could not deliver directly to our resident. They didn’t have proper identification and vehicle tags so they were not allowed in gated community. I am disappointed that we had to meet them outside the gates. I don’t feel that the price that I paid for delivery was worth this inconvenience. I may not order from AptDeco again.

The guys were great. Very nice and careful. However, the stairs were really tight and narrow, so they accidentally hit the building’s wall light, that fell and broke. Is that any insurance claim that we can file for that damage?

I only given a 10-15 minute window and not a 45 minute window like promised to be ready for the new delivery time outside the original delivery estimate. I was in an important phone call and started receiving calls and texts at 3 PM over and over and could not answer. The deliver was made a few minutes later. I made a 4 hour window, 4-8, the time I was available for a reason.

The delivery date was cancelled twice. But was really remarkable was that a stainglass lamp was just delivered wrapped in a chamois blanket. Also don't remember any information in the description that it will need signifcant repair as all the joints are unstable so the lamp leans in different directors at both the base and the shade.

The seller tried to be slick by hiding a significant crack in the item, however, the delivery team was fantastic. They promptly notified me, help me negotiate a discount, and upon delivery, showed us the crack and provided suggestions on how to repair it. The team was exceptionally professional, friendly and courteous, and they deserve a raise..

Quick and efficient pick up. All up the legs of the sofa were wrapped in quilting and tape. Pick up crew was courteous. I believe there was a strange smell in the packing quilts. I hope this doesn’t stick to the product.

Delivery was just ok, the crew didn’t walk down the path I had shoveled snow from and walked through the snow which tracked into my house. The delivery team let me know they could not reassemble the item because the seller had disassembled. I didn’t want to ask them to do something “out of policy” so now my item needs assembly which was expected. I am also disappointed with the item.

Unfortunately I didn’t measure my apartment doorway before delivery so they weren’t able to place the item exactly where I wanted it. But they did offer suggestions on what I could do to make the item fit where I want it to go.

He did write ahead of visit requesting tip be in cash. Really can’t stand when they do this. Also fyi I prefer they don’t bring those blankets into house for fear of bed bugs so they said it was too cold to wrap on porch so I didn’t see. Pleasant team

Very professional and it went very smoothly, my only complaint is I don’t let people in with their shoes on and they said they can’t do it cause it’s not safe for moving furniture. I’m sure lot of people are like me and they don’t want outside shoes inside their apartment, please address this issue for future

Possibly not enough care or movers on heavy dresser, slipped and bumped hard on stairs, they did their best but I’m concerned about a new ding. Likely they should add pillow padding not just thin blankets in this kind of stairs scenario. Hope dresser and movers are ok, Thank you
