Honestly the best, most seamless deliver process in my entire life! I’m blown away, from getting the option to select timeframes that work for my family, to the onfleet tracking, which helped provide even more accurate ETA, to the actual communication by the delivery driver, Elijah, who was professional and courteous. I had already disassembled the sofa so no need for them to remove the feet. It is a modular sofa meant to be easily disassembled for frequent moves. Dmitry and the other person took pictures and wrapped and packaged the sofa parts quickly and carefully.

We do not have service at our house. I tried to communicate this prior to the day of delivery but it was not communicated to the driver. He therefore left our furniture outside despite multiple attempts to call/text. I really wish the message had been sent to him about the lockbox code. Now I have to lug a couch indoors myself despite paying for delivery.

Andrew and his partner were friendly, professional and on time. They dismantled the shelving/storage system, wrapped the individual pieces and were in-and-out in about 15 minutes flat. Another good experience working with AptDeco.

The delivery company, Biffi, did not initially get back to me in a timely manner to work out the pickup details. However, they did ultimately respond and from then on they were terrific. We worked out the date, they gave me a small window which is hugely helpful, I got real-time tracking of arrival time, and the pickup was efficient and painless. Overall a great experience.

Delivery was prompt but did not deliver to my apartment as we had previously agreed to on call. Instead just left the item in the building lobby. It’s a heavy chair and I had to move it by myself to the fourth floor. Also the item itself was extremely poorly packed, just some plastic that too only on the top. The chair is velvet and it definitely led to some surface damage.

The idea was definitely not as described, I feel a little duped. The item has lots of stains that were not described or depicted in the photos. I spent all day using my bissell cleaner on it and the stains still won’t come out. Overall I am sad and disappointed but going to make the best of it. AptDeco did nothing wrong and had great service, but I wish they could review the items before.

I already took the legs off of the sofa the day before, so that was fine. I also texted with the contact beforehand to make sure that the sofa would be wrapped and that they’d have all of the moving supplies. However, when they arrived, they didn’t have any supplies. The movers were very professional but I am concerned about damages to the sofa before it gets to the buyer.

I was not given the opportunity to choose a timeframe for delivery. I was completely reliant on the GPS which changed frequently throughout the day, making it difficult to plan. The delivery drivers arrived 3 hours after the ETA I was provided.

These guys were nice to deliver so late in the day (delay not on my end). But they damaged two drawers so they have permanent nicks in them. Disappointed, but I did not see them until after they left. They also left some marks on the wall when moving item to the second floor. Very stressful since head guy was on the phone a long time and seemed like there was a conflict & didn't want to be here.

I thought delivery was fine but …… he was rushing set up and we tried to tell him that it wasn’t set up correctly. So we had to instruct him where the issue was. A shelf hook was missing but we can get that from the the brand but pretty sure it’s somewhere in the truck. He just seemed rushed. Otherwise it was a good delivery experience in terms of nothing getting broken… set up mostly was good.

The delivery scheduling and lateness was unprofessional. The seller originally told me it would be delivered Thurs, when picked up from the selling location. I rearranged my day and stayed at the house all day Thurs to learn half way through it would not be delivered. When Aptdeco confirmed it would be Sat we had to cancel our weekend plans to wait 11-3, the delivery showed up at 5, 2 hours late.

Driver was patient. Arrived earlier than expected and I had stepped out for a quick errand since app had shown arrival would be more than an hour later. Driver himself said he was unexpectedly rerouted for my delivery but was patient in waiting for my return. So, I appreciated his and his partner’s flexibility. They took care of my chair in bringing it into my apartment.

The original team refused to assemble the item, even though the website says “assembly” many times. I had to wait several days for the assembly, which is v unfortunate when waiting on a bed. Delivery people seemed frustrated with each other. Would say the assist was really sweet. Nothing bad, could just tell they were having some interpersonal things going on. The shelf almost didn’t fit. I noticed the assist person was more creative in finding solutions and seemed to actually want to get it to fit. I know it’s the end of the day and it was a very heavy item!

"Unfortunately, when the delivery men were delivering the furniture they mistakenly broke my bed leg. They needed to move my bed over a bit to proberly fit the other nightstand, but my bed is heavy and the way the legs are it's best to be lifted or managed from both sides otherwise it puts leveraged pressure on the legs. Unknowingly, he just scooted over to the side and the leg snapped"

Juan T was very prompt, professional and nice. The experience overall was very good. I’ve sold on Apt Deco in the past and the company seems to have really increased the commission it takes since my last sale. It was so expensive to sell on the site that I didn’t give a tip assuming Apt Deco is using the huge commission to take care of its workers, including the delivery people.

The delivery men arrived a hour earlier than expected. My estimated arrival was between 9AM - 1PM, and they came and completed their pickup before 8AM. This was significantly quite early. The men were very friendly and efficient and did a great job.

Movers could have taken a little more care with certain things. They should wear booties over their shoes when entering someone’s home (we don’t wear shoes in our house). They were also asked to notify security when they left the building, but they did not.

The AtpDeco Team was very professional, communicative and friendly. The delivery was organized and simple. I noticed a missing glass rubber topper and Edgar assured me it was near, that it may had fallen on the way to the apartment. He immediately came with me to find the missing rubber topper and luckily we found it. I really appreciated that he stopped and came with me to look for the piece.
