Seller's Notes:This incredibly comfortable 2-piece chaise sectional from Bob’s Discount Furniture has been well-loved and meticulously cared for. The "Spa Blue" fabric adds a serene, coastal pop of color to any living space without being overwhelming. Configuration: 2-piece design (Sofa + Chaise) makes it easy to move and fit into various room layouts. Orientation: "Right-Arm Facing (RAF) Chaise Sectional" (When facing the sofa, the chaise is on the left) Dimensions: Total Width 108” (9 feet) Chaise : 36” W x 60” D Loveseat: 72” W x 40” D Condition: Excellent for its age! No major stains, tears, or structural issues. Foam still holds its shape well. Frame: Some visible smoothing/wear along the top of the back frame from normal use (darkened/matted texture). Chaise: the main chaise cushion shows typical “favorite seat” wear but is still very supportive. Environment: Coming from a smoke-free/pet-free home. We are only parting with it because we are moving. It’s a sturdy, reliable piece that still has plenty of life left!
