Note: couch covers have been used to prevent cat scratch/hair. Very good condition minus some scratches to the fabric on the very right and very left arms but not very noticeable and can easily be refurbished. It is regularly cleaned and sanitized despite having the covers and whenever they need to be washed, cat is moved to a different room for adequate cleaning opportunity. Really comfy, just need more space since my place is small and it is a larger couch that was meant to accommodate a roommate and multiple guests. It needs a wonderful new home with people who can appreciate it :)!
