Seller's Notes:Purchased this 8 months ago-had to have it built in my apartment by the Couch Doctor due to small doorways. Will have to have it dissembled and reassembled. The couch doctor service is great and they do everything day of at cost of buyer. (when I moved in, the cost to dissemble and reassemble was around $600) All recliners work and are very comfortable. I also am selling the matching sofa chair in separate post, that item will not need to be dissembled, as it fits through doorways. Moving but would keep if not. No signs of wear or markings. Pet & Smoke Free home!
