Seller's Notes:We bought this couch 2 years ago from ABC Carpet and Home with a custom slate colored performance fabric and we absolutely love it. It's massive, deep, and extremely comfortable. Easy to clean (spot cleaning works best) and doesn't attract or show stains. It is in good shape and still feels new. It has some small, hardly noticeable scratches on the long chaise part, but otherwise the fabric is in good condition. Our home has a dog and we do not smoke. We would take this couch with us when we move, but our new apartment won't fit it!
