Seller's Notes:We purchased this directly from ABC Carpet & Home in Brooklyn in August 2023. The sofa is in very good condition overall and has been well cared for in a clean, smoke-free home. The leather has developed some natural wear and light cracking on part of one seat cushion, as shown in the photos, but there are no stains, tears, rips, or structural issues. The couch is extremely comfortable, solid, and beautifully made. We are downsizing and moving out of NYC
