Seller's Notes:This sofa was purchased in August 2021 for $2500 and has been gently used. We covered it with a slipcover to keep it in good condition. The seat cushion runs the length of the entire sofa and the frame and legs are solid wood construction. According to the ABC website, the fabric is "100% polyester performance fabric". Click the 'Additional Details' tab on the link: https://abchome.com/products/prescott?variant=40808043118730 The AptDeco site lets you choose either "New: Product has not been unwrapped from the box" or "Good: minor blemishes that most people won't notice". Well, this is not new but there are no blemishes! Like I said, we put a slipcover on it. Also, this is a pet-free, smoke-free home. I really love the minimalist look, it's just a clean, simple, solid design that should fit in any environment. I'm going to miss it, however, I need to replace it with a sleeper sofa. (Slipcover won't be included, need it for the new sofa.)
