Seller's Notes: This elegant free standing mirror tilts in its frame allowing you to catch and reflect sunlight or catch and reflect Your own best image! Dubbed the “Cheval” mirror, this versatile furnishing can go from dressing and bathrooms to foyer or dining area—Anyplace you want to add a conversation piece or a touch of glamour. Hand made in England in the late 1700’s, it has a few ancient scars: the original silver back shows some wear, and bits of decorative carving on the feet are long gone. Neither affects the look or functionality of this unique piece. Special features include acorn finials, satinwood trimmed mahogany oval frame, original brass caster wheels and “Tiger Oak” back frame.
