The single drawer is surrounded by a hand-carved rope molding border and centered with a carved leaf pull, giving the piece a decorative quality that reads as both refined and rustic. The two front legs are turned in a classic urn-and-bobbin profile; the rear legs taper simply and cleanly. Construction is traditional: hand-cut joinery with original corner blocks and a wooden drawer runner system. The overall structure is sound and the piece is ready to use.
