Dimensions: 71.25w 21d 33.5h 16sh Condition notes: Original finish has fading from sun. Wood is somewhat dry but has been waxed and moisturized. It is not brittle. Restoration would bring this set from a 7 to a 10. But aside from cosmetic imperfections this is a very sturdy and solid piece. Ready to use. 7/10
