Seller's Notes:The sofa is gorgeous and in perfect condition. No stains or blemishes. Biloxi blue with pecan legs and a reversible chaise for maximum flexibility. We are selling it because we're renovating our living room and just don't have the room for it, which honestly breaks my heart. It's a wonderful couch, a vibrant blue that nonetheless won't overwhelm the room. We are on the third floor of a walk up (so two flights of stairs). If you are picking up yourselves, you need two people.
