Seller's Notes:Selling because this couch is too big for our new space and does not fit the vision anymore. It has been a great couch to lounge and nap on, very comfortable and in good condition. There is one small pull in the farbric on the back of the chaise section, as pictured and is not highly noticeable. No staining on the cushions. Couch seat cushion covers are removable and washable. I have washed and enzyme cleaned the covers, enzyme spray cleaned the foam filling, and enzyme spray cleaned the back cushions. Legs come off of the couch and breaks down easily into two pieces. We were able to get it up and down 3 flights of very awkward stairs and narrow hallways.
