Because this sectional comes in two pieces, it's great for small spaces or tight corners (was the only sectional on the market that would fit into our narrow hallway. No visible wear on fabric, stains, or tears, but right side of one seat cushion is a little flatter (not noticeable when sitting, but could use a good fluff). Like all sleeper sofas, this is heavy and will require Lugg or other movers.
