Seller's Notes: Selling our Ashley Furniture “Alesandra” love seat in Parchment fabric. Good used condition with normal wear from everyday use. Cushions show some softening, fabric is clean with no tears and no major stains. Non-smoking home. We moved from Oklahoma to Los Angeles in 2023 and now moving to a new home soon and are downsizing, so it no longer fits our next place. Our little shih tzu has been on the couch, and she hasn’t had any accidents. She doesn’t shed either, which is great because of her breed!
