Seller's Notes:This is an Ashley Furniture DuraBlend loveseat in dark brown. It has been sitting in storage for several months, but before that was in a home with three young professionals. It was mostly not used during this time, for about 3 years. The couch is in good condition, except a few blemishes and scratches on the back. The home did have a fireplace, though the couch was not in the room with that fireplace. Still, there may be some lingering wood smoke smell. Please note: pick up of this item would take place in the storage unit in which it resides.
