This painting shows a grand party inside a ravishing ballroom with black tie clad and women in ballroom gowns, typical of high society patrons. Mid-century modern time period from the 1960's-1970's. Signed "Kuhnert" lower right. Custom framed in an ornate/gilded gold colored frame, made of gesso and wood. The paintings from this collection by Kuhnert (and various other painters who were part of the school) are highly prized and sought after today.
