I must make room for a new couch delivery and this couch will be taking up too much room, when its replacement arrives. I have set the couch price to the minimum that Aptdeco allows. 3 Person 20 year old Coach/Sofa clean and comfortable condition. No defects, no spills, no odors, no fleas or bugs. Kept in an animal and smoke free house. Wear is minimal for its age. The six cushions (3 seat and 3 back) have zippers so that one can easily remove and clean them (I assume dry cleaning is the safest). Fabric is synthetic (Acrylic, Olefin, Poly). This item has many years of use left, as can be seen by the photographs from every angle. It is being sold because we are purchasing new furniture. Please also see the 2 person love seat also being sold. Please ensure you coordinate with Aptdeco on the cost of your delivery charge and expectations that they preserve the nice condition of this item at pick-up from seller through proper handling, wrapping, and storage. The seller does not have control on this part of the process.
