Seller's Notes:This is a good quality sturdy bed in excellent condition. It has very convenient steps that kids love to climb or sit on. The steps contain spacey, smoothly gliding drawers for storage of toys or art supplies. The stairs can be assembled on either side. This is just the top bunk bed with stairs, it's up to your what you put under! It fits a regular twin size mattress (If you need additional measurements, please reach out). The overall length (the longest dimension including the stairs) is 8 Feet (96 inches). The vertical clearance to the floor from the top base is 4 feet or 48 inches. The empty space underneath is 75 inches long. The hight from the floor to the top of the side railing (the total height) is about 62 inches.
