Seller's Notes:Relatively rare, sturdy piece of Bernhardt Design furniture. Not fully apparent in photos, its original upholstery is a muted, dark mossy/sage green and comes with 3 Pottery Barn pillows (shown). Petite? Think of the shape as a rounded wedge such that placing several side by side might form a circle. I can imagine that if you placed say 4 or 5 identical pieces side by side I could see them forming a circle. That said if I run a tape measurer along the wide, rounded back of the piece (tape literally pressed against fabric for the full length of measure end to end) it looks to me to be about 79 inches. Doing the same at the very front of the piece it measures about 24 inches! So depending on where you place the piece (e.g., corner) its "footprint" in the room might be quite small though it easily accommodates two people if not more. Condition-This vintage piece is probably from the 80s & is structurally sound and in fine condition for its age. The only imperfection noted is a small slit in the fabric on the back of the piece. It's hard to see even when you know what to look for and impossible to detect if you have the piece against a wall as we do. This piece should be good to go for many years to come.
