Seller's Notes:We have had this sofa for 14 years (Sole owners). Purchased from Bo Concepts in Manhattan. Upgraded to the premium leather. It was quite expensive, but living in the city brought space issues. This checked all the boxes. Modern, high quality, comfortable without being "cushy", and classy looking. It's in excellent condition. Just normal wear. It has plenty of years left in it. We moved to a larger apartment and will be relocating to our retirement home in AZ in the next few years. Just wanted a larger sofa to fill the space. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!
