Seller's Notes:This is a great item. Super comfortable and has come in handy for our guests! I have had it for 5 years and it has been used in the guest room. I bought mattress covers that have been on the whole time so the mattresses are clean and in great condition. The only “blemish” is that the trundle mattress is thick and needs a little elbow grease to pull out. The middle of the bed has a small dip so it doesn’t align perfectly with the lower portion of the trundle. I added close up pictures to show it because it isn’t noticeable in the larger pictures. Otherwise no stains or tears anywhere. I love this piece but unfortunately we are renovating and need something different. Mattresses are included
