Seller's Notes:The sofa was originally purchased for the family room 3 years ago but because of its dimensions it wasn’t able to get up the curvature in the staircase. So we placed the sofa on the ground level but always knew we would be moving away from the sofa since it is too large for that area. We are now starting our remodeling of the ground level and will likely be opting for a recliner chair only in that space. In hindsight, we should have cancelled the sale 3 years ago and told the delivery team to take it back to the store since it didn’t fit our needs at the time.
