Seller's Notes:I am moving and am purchasing a new (bigger) couch. This couch is well-maintained, just over a year old, and still in nearly perfect condition. There are a few minor spots but nothing that a Bissell Green Machine can't handle. The price includes the movable ottoman. Cat-friendly home (she even makes a guest appearance in a few photos). No scratches (thankfully).
