Seller's Notes:Selling a California Closets "built-in" that came with a condo I purchased. The base of the shelf is 85.25" x 51.5" x 21", but there is an additional extension on the top (that I removed for ease of delivery) that brings the entire unit up to 10'. (See photo.) I will happily include this extension for free. The unit is wood veneer, with sort of an ash grey/brown coloring. It's in excellent condition. It also has a cutout on the bottom left section for an outlet, though understandably this may be less necessary for a different space. The unit is double-deep, so it can fit two sets of books. All the shelves (and drawers) are modular, so could be easily adjusted depending on your preferences. It's quite a unit, and I'm happy to deconstruct it further for easy of delivery, but it's probably easier for you to receive the unit as-is. Oh — technically it has been in a home with a dog, but there's very little "dog" on the bookshelf, for obvious reasons.
