Seller's Notes:This sofa is super comfortable with great bones and still has plenty of life left in it, the upholstery is just quite dirty and requires a deep cleaning. There is no damage to the actual structure, it is just a difficult clean unless you hire a professional. The boucle style is still very present and with the proper cleaning can still look like new. Some of the dirt is from normal usage but there is one visible stain on the seat and plenty of dirt on the outer areas from the moving process bringing it into our new apartment. The first owner nor myself had any pets. I had it for less than a month as I realized it does not match my space. Delivery or local-pick up available. I am on the first floor unit up a stoop. The couch is a bit heavy so requires two people to move. Sold by CB2 for over $2500 originally, now discontinued in the United States. Dimensions: 80″Wx38″Dx27.5″H
