Seller's Notes:This table set had only a single owner family, and no children as it was obtained when the child was an adult, and he never had children and lived with his parents. Its in really great condition. A few of the chair backs need some attention, but the table and the chair materials are in beautiful shape for their age, with very minor dings or scratches commensurate with its age. The leaf is 17" Wide and when removed creates a perfect circular table.
