Seller's Notes:This chair and ottoman were custom made as part of a living room set. Our kids were little so we had it made in mohair, a very durable fabric. We got a new set in our living room about 10 years ago this set has been sitting in our basement for 10 years unused. The set includes a sofa, 2 club chairs and this pictured wing chair with a matching ottoman (foot stool). All are in the same fabric and are listed here. I'm not looking to make any money on this sale. Just need to start clearing stuff out in advance of a move. I'll sell the whole set for $500 and cover all pick-up and delivery fees. If you want to pick it up yourself, there are 2 fights of outdoor stairs involved in the move (going down only) and some tight corners in the basement. 3 strong people and a rental truck would be enough to pick up the whole set in one trip.
