Seller's Notes:In 2022 I bought these from American Furniture, for about $1,700. I made payments on them and they stayed boxed, plastic wrapped, safe and harm free throughout 2022 until I moved into my apartment in 2023. They have been exposed to a cat but no damages have been done, couches have been cleaned, vacuumed and scrubbed very well. There isn’t any blemishes besides small scratches on the corners. Comes with an ottoman. Overall, they’re still in excellent condition I am just down sizing furniture for a smaller living room.
