Seller's Notes:This is quite possibly the world best futon. It was originally $488 before tax. I bought this dexter fabric futon/lounger bought it in October for use in my pet free, non-smoking dorm room. It has not received much use but is a wonderful couch or it can be laid flat into a sleeper. It also can be put into a lounger mode!! This futon is so comfortable and has been wonderful to have this past year. I have graduated my undergrad and will be moving to Canada for my next schooling so I am looking to sell my lovely futon. I am very open to reasonable offers!
