Seller's Notes:Vintage DIXIE 6-Drawer Chest/ Wardrobe – Mediterranean Style – Excellent Condition Beautiful vintage Dixie Furniture 6-drawer chest in a rich, warm wood finish. This piece features classic Mediterranean/ Spanish styling with raised panel drawer fronts, original antiqued brass hardware, and elegant carved details along the base. Solid, sturdy, and extremely well-built—Dixie was known for quality construction and long-lasting craftsmanship. Ownership has always been through the same family, passed down through three households. We think that the wardrobes were purchased in the 60s/70s and have stayed in Los Angeles Country and/ or Orange County ever since. The drawers are a little over 17 inches wide and a little over 14 inches deep, measured from the inside, so it holds a lot of clothes. It stands at 56 inches tall. The top is perfect for displaying valuables, additional clothes, or air purifier, etc. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. Drawers slide smoothly and the piece is very structurally solid owing to its expert craftsmanship and careful handling.
