Seller's Notes:I purchased this new in 2022 for ~19k however it didn't fit anywhere in my house so it has just been sitting in my office for the last couple years. Letting it go for 9750. Created by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe for his 1929 German Pavilion at the International Exhibition in Barcelona, the Barcelona Collection's pure composition came to epitomize modern architecture. From the hand-buffed frame to the individual leather squares expertly welted together by hand, each Barcelona Couch is a tribute to traditional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Condition: Like new condition due to its lack of use and only minor signs of use. Leather is still smooth and tight. Hardwood is clean and keeps its nice finish with one singular mark of wear. Cash preferred, however I take Venmo as well. If this post is up then the daybed is still available.
