Seller's Notes: This is an excellent, comfortable recliner! We are only selling because it is too big for our living room. It's about 25 years old but still in pretty decent shape—the arm and ottoman both need the screw holders replaced (pictured). There are also some faint cat scratches that are only visible up close (pictured). With those minor repairs it will look good as new! *****Available for pickup OR we can drive it to you (within a reasonable distance from Jersey City)*****
