Seller's Notes:This couch has been in my den and not used daily. It’s been a cozy couch in a small space and been great as an additional bed for guests when needed. It’s got a deep seat and has been a great place to read. There are some scratches on the lower front of the arms from the cat but that’s really the only wear on it. The bed is in great condition as well. Easy to pull out when needed.
