Seller's Notes:We bought this sleeper sofa for our first townhouse many moons ago. Next, moving into our first single family home, the couch took a prominent place in the formal living room. Of course, most of the daily living shifted to the family room, so there isn't much wear and tear. Unfortunately, when I started taking photos to post here, I noticed a rip on the arm. I downsized a few weeks ago (hence the sale) and suspect the damage occurred then. Sleeper sofa is a nice feature for a smaller apartment or home.
