Seller's Notes:The Palace Hall oil painting by Lentowski draws one into the interior of an Italian Palace Hall. It is a large-scale vertical composition that depicts a deep.y receding perspective of a lavish, baroque style palace. It can be considered reminiscent of the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles. It has a massive, deep-profile gold Baroque frame embellished with scrolling acanthus leaf patterns and deep reliefs that compliment the opulent theme of the painting. This is a grand focal point to an entry into a home or business, drawing the visitor into the interior. The painting features massive barrel-vaulted ceiling arches, columns of variegated marble topped with golden ornate capitals flank the hallway, and the floor is made of highly polished marble tile. The color scheme is dominated by warm, rich tones including amber, burnished gold, cream, bronze and earthy brown marble textures. It has been in our family home for over 20 years and has always captured everyone walking into the entry way. Due to its size of 49 x 52 it needs a large wall to show off its grandeur.
