Seller's Notes:I am the second owner of this item. I purchased it off of Facebook Marketplace in Aug 2025 from the original owner, who had purchased it new in Feb 2023 and used it lightly in a no-pet, no-smoke, no-kid home. The owner eventually wanted to do something aesthetically different with the space. I bought it thinking it would be a comfy couch for my home with young children, but immediately discovered that the (excellent and smooth) power recline mechanism is a no-go with multiple toddlers around-- there's just too much risk of little fingers getting caught in the recline hinges. So I am keeping it in storage, unused, until it sells. But my loss is your gain! It's in near-mint shape. I'm not sure I'd be able to distinguish it from a brand new unit.
