Seller's Notes:Hi, we are moving to a new state and upgrading our furniture. (also getting too old for a futon!) This futon is in great shape, no blemishes...nothing wrong with it, we just don't need it anymore. It was used as a couch and rarely as a bed for guests. The frame was purchased from Amazon 2 years ago (can look up detail information on the frame there). It is a very durable sturdy frame that can hold a lot of weight (my main reason for getting it) and the mattress is about 5 years old. The mattress in is a blue washable cover and has no issues either. The flower cover is being used to help keep dog hair off the mattress. (not included)
