Seller's Notes:Needs to go ASAP! If you have the room this is a phenomenal heritage leather piece for a great loft, townhome, or small business. Heavy load, but I hired 2 guys to get this up 2 flights of stairs and there was room to maneuver up and down. Some minor scratches on front but overall is in great shape and the cushions have a superior feel to them. Has been in 2 apartments in NYC over 6 years.
