Seller's Notes:This is a limited edition from Hickory White Company. It is a green, corduroy arm chair, with an ottoman included. Price includes both as shown in picture. It is incredibly comfortable, perfect for your living room or private study. This was first purchased by my aunt back in 2010 and gave it to me as a gift early this year when she was downsizing her home. She rarely used it, I rarely used it. I am moving from Virginia to New York and do not need this furniture. Great condition. She purchased it from Furnitureland South in North Carolina and shipped it over. I am verifying SKU number with Furnitureland South. I can drop this off anywhere between Vienna, Virginia to Brooklyn, New York
