Seller's Notes:This PARUP loveseat is still in very good condition. There are minor stains and discoloration. Fabric-wise, it's durable and sustained through my one-cat household. This is a small sofa, great for NYC apartments. There is really nothing wrong with this sofa. I am replacing it because I have more room for something bigger. This was a great starter sofa, and I hope it can be for someone else, too!
