Seller's Notes:We moved to a smaller home and this item doesn't fit as well as it used to. We love it but is time to let it go. It's been exposed to our dog, a mini-golden doodle who scratch one of the seats as seen in the pictures. It is not bad and I believe can be easily fixed. Or if you decide to upholster it, you'd end up with a brand new $7500 piece of furniture for only $1500.
