Seller's Notes:This Eliot twin sleeper uses the more premium Royale Peacock fabric that is great if you have pets as their claws don't get any purchase in the material. This particular sofa as used in an office and didn't see much use, but it's super comfortable and the bed is great for guests! There's not any damage that I could find anywhere on it, and it looks as good as the day we got it.
