Seller's Notes:Purchased a little less than 3 years ago, only replacing because I want a sectional instead. Very comfortable, has one broken spring that makes the middle sag a little more than normal but in good condition otherwise and very comfortable. Non smoking house, we do have one cat that has lounged on the couch.
