Seller's Notes:This dark brown leather sofa (84"w, 35"d, 25.5" arm h) has been a gem in my living room. The leather has natural signs of aging and wear, but no rips. There are some minor blemishes, but it's leather - anyone who's using a couch should have a few of those. Couch has never been around animals or children. No smoking either. This couch has a replacement cushion cover, should one ever rip. I've rotated the cushions every few months as well to promote even wear of all cushions. The cushions velcro into the bottom liner, with a minor tear. The only reason I'm selling this couch is to make way for new furniture. Given my Chicago apartment, I don't have the space to keep it, so I'm trying to find a good home for it. Pillows and throw are not included.
