Condition: Good overall condition with normal wear from use and soft “lived-in” Lovesoft appearance. Fabric still presents very well overall. One small visible tear/scuff on lower corner cover/base area (pictured). No major structural issues. Missing 1-2 wooden shoes used to connect pieces, but sectional still functions normally. Very comfortable couch and extremely modular. Great for apartments, lounging, movie rooms, etc. Buyer responsible for pickup/transport if selecting local pickup. Modular pieces separate for easier moving.

Our Standard Foam is made of two high-density layers and a middle supportive layer that preserves loft and resists sagging. Our Standard cushion is made up of a 50/50 blend of polyester fiber. The Standard Back Pillows feature 3 vertical chambers of non-woven ticking (a linen textile that is tightly woven for durability). Soft Sactionals pieces filled with our Standard Foam have a 3-year warranty from date of purchase.
