Seller's Notes:Very comfortable sofa. Long enough to lie down while watching tv. Pleather material so easy to clean. Only selling because I'm remodeling. Has matching recliner chair (not shown) in "newer" condition. I'm in a co-op so would need certificate of insurance for pick up. Happy to answer questions.
