Seller's Notes:King Size Maria Theresa Chandelier (Czech Republic) This chandelier is unique and has a history, the first such chandelier was made in Bohemia in honor of the coronation of Empress Maria Theresa as the Czech Queen in 1743, and since then, these chandeliers have belonged to the jewels of interior lighting. This chandelier symbolized wealth and power at that time. Nowadays, this impressive chandelier is suitable for the largest interiors - palaces, hotels, and luxury private residences. Also, this chandelier looks amazing in an eclectic interior with some contemporary furniture/details as an accent piece/ masterpiece. The structure has flat steel arms covered on both sides with glass stripes, which are secured by crystal rosettes. Steel arms are finished by gold colored metal. All Crystal trimmings, thanks to their diamond-cut refract light into all colors of the rainbow, it's Bohemian crystals, the same technology as Swarovski crystals, different only in lead content.
